Welcome to Campfire After 40. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Campfire After 40.

We operate this website and online store, including its content, products, tools, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Many Campfire After 40 products are created specifically after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, artwork, and photographs accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.
• Product placement and appearance may vary slightly because of the printing and manufacturing process.
• Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Lifestyle images and mockups may be used to demonstrate how a product is expected to appear.

Please review all product descriptions and size charts before ordering.

We may change or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, prices, or availability without prior notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms

An order is accepted after payment has been authorized and the order has been confirmed for processing.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Made-to-order products may enter production quickly, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Products purchased from our store are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include:

• Shipping charges
• Sales or similar taxes
• Customs duties
• Import fees
• Other government charges

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Promotional offers may have separate restrictions, expiration dates, and eligibility requirements. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern that promotion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production or delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Customs processing
• Service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• High seasonal order volume

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment.

Free standard shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders totaling $75 or more, calculated before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Incorrect size or color selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect addresses supplied during checkout

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Photographs or other documentation may be required before a replacement or refund is approved.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including our business name, logos, designs, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, videos, product names, slogans, and website arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Campfire After 40 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Campfire After 40 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brands appearing solely as product manufacturers or service providers.

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, testimonial, or other content (“Submitted Content”), you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Services.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, delivery, replacement, or refund of products purchased from Campfire After 40.

Personal information processed through Shopify is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policies.

12. Errors and Inaccuracies
