We want you to be happy with your Campfire After 40 purchase. Because our products are made to order, please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mail@campfireafter40.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the product and issue
• A photograph of the size or product label when applicable

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. You generally will not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we provide return instructions.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each product is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Changing your mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied during checkout

Please consult the size chart on the product page before placing your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a full refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at mail@campfireafter40.com. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.
